Lucid dreaming is a type of dream in which the dreamer becomes aware that they are dreaming while dreaming. In lucid dreaming physical laws do not apply. The mind is free to wander, as is the spirit. It is believed that lucid dreaming has deeper alignment to our spiritual experience. We can find answers, messages of hope, clarity, and even submerge into a complete sense of freedom.
